Job description
We are a modern and creative dental practice seeking a friendly and reliable dental receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with dental hygienists and dentists
- Managing patient files and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Processing payments and coordinating with insurance providers
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- A vibrant personality (with a matching smile!)
- Knowledge of dental is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
