Receptionist

As part of our reception team, you will play a critical role in creating the best first and last impression, from booking reservations, to welcoming on arrival through to waving our guests off at the end of the day delivering an experience that brings them back again and again.

Your skills and expertise:

  • You will be able to answer all phone call professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner
  • You will be polite and thorough ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests.
  • You will be able to follow procedure and have a good understanding of the spa facilities, policies and procedures.
  • You will be able to sell packages and additional treatments.
  • You will take on general administrative tasks, assisting in the efficient day to day running of the spa.
