We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our busy team at our award winning law firm. This role will be based in our fun and hardworking Glasgow office.
We are looking for a disciplined, presentable, capable Receptionist who excels in excellent client service. The core purpose of this role is to provide a professional and high quality first point of contact for clients to Drummond Miller through the main reception area and via the telephone. Other elements of this job include;
· To ensure that all visitors are welcomed and dealt with in a professional manner and are met by the relevant firm representative within a reasonable time
· Manage all incoming switchboard enquiries, transferring of calls and taking messages
· Supporting solicitors with the opening and closing of legal files, paginating, scanning, photocopying and filing legal documents
· Facilitate the booking of meeting rooms
· Ensure all meeting rooms are clean and tidy ahead of future meetings
· Arrange any refreshments required for meetings
· Open, sort, scan and distribute all post including internal mail.
· Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available
· Processing of cash payments and banking
· Sending faxes and distributing faxes received at reception
· Ad hoc responsibilities and support to the office as required
The successful candidate must have exceptional communication, organisational and time keeping skills ideally matched with a can do attitude, and experience within a similar environment.

Salary: £10.90 per hour
