Starting salary £18,554 per annum (£11.18 p/h)
Queen Elizabeth’s School is looking to appoint a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to work within our busy main school office. The postholder will provide support to our students, parents and visitors to the school and will undertake clerical and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess good customer service, ICT and communication skills.
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an office-based role is desirable but full training will be provided for this post.

This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
We will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
The salary shown is based on a full academic year being worked and includes annual paid leave entitlement. The pro-rata salary payments for this fixed term role will be paid monthly.
