Job title: Receptionist

Location: Abby View, Norfolk

Duration: Temp to Perm

Salary: £10.42ph

Hours: 6am - 2pm (1 hour for lunch) Monday- Friday

I’m currently recruiting a receptionist for my client based in Norfolk. The receptionist will be the initial point of contact for the site, creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, guests, employees and contractors. The role entails managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Main Duties:

  • Answering all incoming calls in a polite and courteous manner, passing onto relevant department / person as required
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and contractors to site and issuing them with the appropriate passes
  • Processing new starters to the site i.e. Issuing passes, allocating lockers and workwear
  • Looking after and issuing keys for the site
  • Updating the site calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Organising catering when required
  • Maintaining all data records
  • Supporting the weekly testing of the Fire Alarm
  • Performing ad-hoc receptionist duties
  • Site communication
  • Assist the FM with any ad-hoc duties as and when required

Skills/Experience:

o Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is highly desired.

o Familiarity with office equipment.

o Competent with Microsoft office tools such as Outlook, excel and word

o Experience in handling sensitive information confidentially.

o Previous experience in a similar environment is a plus
