An Exciting opportunity for an experienced, professional and driven Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our state-of-the-art private dental practice in Hammersmith, London. The successful candidate will enjoy a fresh and new working environment and will become part of an expanding and growing multidisciplinary team.

Dental By Design is a modern, boutique, fully private dental practice based in Hammersmith, London and providing a wide range of treatments but with a focus on larger dental implant cases and full mouth rehabilitation.

Summary of Job role:
- Be the first point of contact for patient enquires
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Effective communication with all key relationships
- Efficient diary management and appointments booking
- Ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding patients' expectations
- Dental nursing / chair side assistance when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
