As part of Coventry University Group, Futurelets is growing its student accommodation and commercial lettings provision across the City and is now looking to recruit a motivated and exceptional individual to join the accommodation team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering exceptional Customer Service whilst providing an efficient and effective frontline Reception Service dealing with a wide range of enquiries to all students, landlords, visitors and staff; whilst conducting administrative duties.
The successful applicant will play an essential role in providing a positive first impression to visitors and callers, will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service within a busy environment where you will review, diagnose, resolve or pursue for satisfactory resolutions. You must be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks whilst working under pressure, with minimum supervision. A helpful and polite manner, with the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in written form is an essential attribute for this post.
You will be expected to have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages. Experience of working in a front line, higher education or letting agent environment is advantageous.
This post is 27.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness and the ability to work outside normal working hours on a 5 over 7 rotational working arrangement.
