£23k + bonus + benefits
Cosmetic Courses are a multi award-winning Aesthetics Training Provider and Clinic Group with over 20 years of experience providing medics with training, accreditations and support in treatments such as anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers and advanced skin treatments.
We are currently looking for a Front of House Coordinator to join our Farringdon clinic, close to Chancery Lane, Farringdon and Holborn stations.

This is a customer facing role, where you will be the first point of contact for all visitors so confidence and a warm, friendly manner is essential to ensure the best possible customer experience each and every time.
This is a varied role within a small team so requires somebody happy to roll their sleeves up and proactively ensure all aspects of the clinic are clean, hygienic and fully equipped at all times.
Responsibilities include checking patients in and out of the diary, upselling and cross selling treatments, taking before and after photographs, organising drinks and lunches for patients and delegates, preparing the treatment rooms so they are ready for the next patient and ensuring the clinic is kept clean. You will also be responsible for building a good, trustworthy relationship with our patients and delegates and answering questions and queries.
The ideal candidate will be confident in a customer facing role and have outstanding communication skills . You will understand the importance of supporting and enhancing the customer journey. You will also have excellent IT literacy and administration skills and have a great eye for detail. A personal interest in aesthetics would be advantageous.
Saturday shifts would be required on a rota basis for which you receive enhanced pay / lieu day.
Starting salary £23k + bonus + benefits + discounts for yourself and friends/family.

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
