Job description
Our Practice is looking for an energetic and reliable Receptionist to help support our team by greeting visitors, booking appointments, general admin tasks and answering phones. The Receptionist is responsible for helping keep the Practice clean, open and safe, and is also expected to create a positive impression of the company and greet guests in a friendly manner. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, previous experience working in admin an advantage but not essential, but must have a great attitude and a willingness to learn. The role is for a minimum of 6 months, Maternity cover.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent experience to all patients and customers.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors in a friendly manner.
- Book appointments and any follow up treatment.
- Answer general administrative questions or direct them to the appropriate party.
- Deal with some admin responsibility.
- Quickly resolve issues related to phone, emails or paperwork.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
