Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and a knack for turning concepts into stunning visuals? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Artworker at our fast-paced print and design studio!

As an Artworker at Print Bureau Team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through exceptional design and attention to detail. You will work closely with our design and production teams to create visually appealing and print-ready artwork. This role requires a keen eye for design, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As an Artworker, your primary focus will be preparing artwork for printing. You'll work closely with our production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality printed materials. This role demands efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives.
  • Create, modify, and prepare artwork for print, ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to develop visually appealing designs.
  • Optimize and format images and files for various print materials.
  • Ensure that all designs are print-ready and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Proofread and review artwork for accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure the smooth transition of designs into the printing process.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple design projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
  • Make necessary adjustments to ensure print-readiness.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow established processes to expedite artwork approvals.

Must haves:

  • Knowledge of adobe suite especially Illustrator, and InDesign
  • can do attitude
  • Proof reading skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • An understanding of print production processes
  • Experience using data merge
