We are looking for a friendly, attentive and professional Administrative Coordinator to join our Continental Spa team! This position is key to the success of our business where guest satisfaction is our top priority! As a spa front desk receptionist, you are the first point of contact with our guests and an important part of their overall impression of our business.

Duties:
- Cheerfully welcoming each new guest that enters the spa and maintaining constant presence at desk so guest never enters spa without acknowledgment
- Maintaining a professional appearance and excellent communication with in-house guests, staff members and call-in clients
- Checking guests in and out, answering calls and questions regarding services and scheduling appointments
- Mastering understanding and proficiency of spa software (We use Mindbody software)
- Use digital tools (Sticky Notes, To-dos, Google Suite, etc)
- Collaborating and attending meetings with other manager and owner
- Properly and proactively documenting information in spa software
- Mastering understanding of spa offerings so as to be able to answer questions and suggest guest services
- Liaison between guests and providers
- Suggesting retail products and handling transactions for sales of product and services
- Logging in new retail inventory and placing new product
- Light cleaning, disinfecting and laundry
- Service provider schedule management (including timeclocks)
- Taking pictures as needed for social media
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer service and retail sales experience required
- Appointment scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and carry out multiple tasks while making guest satisfaction top priority
- Excellent ability to assess complex situations, use good judgment and work independently
- Proficient with computers and software applications
- Even temperament and ability to perform well in situations where multi-direction attention is needed
- Ability to grasp and learn new concepts and protocols
- Positive disposition and desire to promote peaceful resolutions with clients regarding appointments and payment
- Willingness to accept helpful suggestions and constructive criticism
- Desire to contribute to the success of a team and participate in team-building

Schedule/Hours/Pay:
- Pay is $15 per hour plus product commission
- Hours: Wednesday 2-7, Saturday 830-3
