About The Role
We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Halford House Dental Practice in Newbury.

About You
Ideally you will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
The main duties will include:
- Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
- Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
- Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
- Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
- Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
