Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Front of House candidate to work at Club 3000 Bingo in Mansfield. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, have previous experience in either a customer service, front of house or receptionist role, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

The Role may include:-

• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Meeting and greeting Customers
• Signing up new members to our customer database
• Be able to provide members with latest promotion/offer details
• Challenging people to produce ID in-line with Think 25 standards
• Providing help and assistance to customers
• Answering telephone calls to customer/business inquiries
• Checking and verifying claims during bingo sessions
• Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor

The Person

• Due to licencing laws for gambling in the UK, applicant must be over 18.
• Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
• Good communication skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to work under pressure to time constraints

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
