Clarendon Road is a ‘Good’ school with a strong sense of community with up to 354 pupils on roll. Due to a reorganisation of our administration team, we are seeking to appoint a permanent, part-time receptionist to complete the team.
What we are looking for:
- A professional, confident, flexible and well-organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with pupils and adults.
- Someone who can ensure an efficient, effective and welcoming environment in the reception area.
- Professional customer service at all times, including a professional telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills with some experience of using different computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. (Training in role-specific programs will be provided).
- Some previous experience in a school administration environment is desirable but not essential.
