Job description
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for current clients, addressing their inquiries and enhancing their overall satisfaction. This position may be suitable for you if you enjoy devising successful solutions and striving to achieve targets.
Utilising your communication awareness, you will recognise and tackle the requirements of clients, while promoting a favourable image of our organisation. Past experience in customer service would be beneficial. Your ultimate responsibility would be to help establish long-term, profitable associations with clients in order to achieve our business goals.
Please note that full, payed training will be provided in all aspects of the role so previous experience is not essential.
What You Will Do as a Junior Account Manager:
- Assume complete ownership of your clients and establish long-term relationships with important accounts to maximise their financials, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Identify and act on opportunities to increase their delivery business.
- Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities.
- Handle complex support issues in a timely manner, either independently or by escalating them.
- Act as an ambassador to your clients' mission, brand, and product.
What You Will Need as a Junior Account Manager
- At least one year of proven experience in a high pace, customer facing environment.
- A highly adaptable, data-driven attitude with the ability to take initiative and maintain high-quality relationships with all types of partners.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively advocate for customer needs.
- Ability to analyse numbers to influence businesses and drive growth.
- A project management mindset and a problem-solving demeanour to adjust to the autonomy of the role.
- Willingness to travel to designated areas within Greater Manchester at least twice a week.

Salary: £26,842.23-£27,250.67 per year
