Children and Family Dentistry and Braces of Hartford,CT is looking for a dynamic, professional and detail oriented team player for our front office.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Must have at least 1 year of dental experience

Qualifications:

• working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Internet
• Candidate should be positive and upbeat with a professional demeanor
• excellent communication skills
• excellent customer service skills
• experience in the dental field
• able to work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling
• Presenting financial arrangements
• Answering phones with a pleasant demeanor
• Insurance verification
• General office duties
• Checking in patients
• Calculate co-payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
