Job description
We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful campaign working on behalf of a UK based house valuation client. The role will involve outbound calling to warm leads who have recently completed an online house valuation form. Your calls will involve a great amount of customer service and great attention to detail to gather additional information from the customer before offering and arranging a suitable home visit appointment to complete an accurate assessment and valuation of the customers property.
The role is split into 4 different sections contacting customers for a variety of reasons. You will be cross trained across multiple areas so we require a level of flexibility from any success applicants to move around the campaign with short notice and have ability to continue to perform to the best of their abilities and deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
Salary & Bonus:
This role has a basic salary of £20,592 per annum.
We have recently introduced our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £22,0000 basic salary per annum.
Shifts:
You will be contracted at 40 hours per week, between the hours of 9am & 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Weekend work may be offered as additional overtime.
Start Date: Monday 6th February.
Location:
You will be based at our offices located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging KPI’s
- A confident individual
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
- Customer service experience is essential
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Transferrable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
- You must be able to deliver a top quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- · The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
