Job Summary
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our administrative team.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
- Greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff.
- Take messages and schedule appointments.
- Receive mail, documents, packages, and deliveries, and deliver or distribute items.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Requires excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
