FRONT DESK - EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS:
Shift:
Evenings W-F from 3pm - 9pm
and Every other weekends 2am - 8pm
Job Description:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous professional manner. Direct guests to designated location, according to their request.
- Ensure that telephone is answer courteously, promptly and professionally and messages handled efficiently.
- Maintain daily resident listing.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries accordingly
- Process daily incoming invoices, log into spreadsheet. Obtain approval/authorizations from Dept. Head/Administrator.
- Submit and track outgoing invoices to Corporate Head Office.
- Complete/Review weekly AP reports
- Update Vendor’s contract as needed.
- Assist in duties related to the Business Office and other areas as need
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School graduate. Associate degree preferred.
- Experience in Excel/Microsoft is required.
- Experience with varies office equipment.
- Excellent communication/organizational skills.
- 1-2 years experience in Skilled Nursing home AP (preferred)
