Canyon Home Care and Hospice is growing and looking to add a front desk receptionist to join our team!
This person will help organize and coordinate administration duties. Responsibilities of this role include answering phones, medical records records management, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. This role is critical to support the care and comfort of our home health and hospice patients.
Responsibilities

- Provide support to patients

- Maintain the office condition
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
