Campari Group is looking for a receptionist to join the support function based in our new prestigious building in London. This is a key role to ensure a smooth operation while taking care of our guest's experience.

Reporting to the Buildings Manager you will be pivotal in ensuring that staff and visitors have the best experience when at our office.

The successful candidate will report into the Buildings Manager.


Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Front of house – Meet and greet, visitors booking and hosting, meeting room management and set up including teas/coffees when required.
  • Responsible for the front desk making sure that is perfectly presented at all times
  • Perform a broad variety of administrative duties and staff support services and maintain the reception area.
  • Stocking coffee machines with milk, coffee beans and chocolate
  • Replenishing all floors with fruit and snacks
  • Support daily activities related to the management of the London office environment. Tasks include but are not limited to; opening and closure procedures, incoming post distribution and outgoing post, office organisation, access card issue, stock checks and procurement.
  • Responsible for all room booking and logging against each department budget
  • Restocking of printers and kitchen refreshments.
  • Assisting with internal/external events as directed by the Office/Buildings Manager
  • Organise all lunch and dinner bookings within the building, Layout the food and ensure the space is cleared after
  • Booking requests including taxis, couriers
  • Support Health and Safety compliance (Visitors H&S briefing, and other as requested by Buildings and Events Manager)
  • Run weekly Health and Safety Checks
  • Ensure completion of housekeeping
  • Management of phone systems
  • Responsible for all message taking
  • Responsible for distribution of COVID testing when needed and PPE
  • Adhoc duties as directed by the Office Manager

Experience and Skills


Experience Required:


  • The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, ideally for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellent spoken and written english
  • They will be an enthusiastic and proactive people person
  • Strong customer and client service skills
  • Team player and not afraid to roll their sleeves up
  • Professional manner when dealing with stakeholders and visitors both on the phone and face to face.
  • Good MS skills – including Powerpoint Excel and Word
  • Polished, Passion, conviction, collaboration and the ability to handle multiple priorities
