Campanile is one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth-largest hotel chain in the world. Campanile hotels are two/three-star hotels and are characterized by the homely atmosphere and informal, but professional contact with our guests. There are 17 hotels across the UK in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. The number of rooms in our hotels varies from 47 to 130 rooms. As a Receptionist, you will be involved in duties such as:
- Implement & respect the chain's SOP
- Invoice contracted company
- Invoice individual guest
- Manage cash handling
- Control Cash
- Run End of the day reports
- Participate in the restaurant end of service / Start of service duties (cleaning, buffet)
- Participate in the opening and closing of the department and hotel
