Job Description: Night Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the guesthouse
- Answer phone calls
- Provide information to callers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Booking administration for bookings and guest enquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Security of the Guesthouse H&S checks and Fire security Checks
Breakfast preparation before Chef arrives
Light cleaning duties of guesthouse lounge breakfast room etc
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems & working knowledge of English required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
- Reliable hard working and honest with strong responsible attitude
