Receptionist – Brent Dental Specialists (Orthodontic Practice)

As a Dental Receptionist, you are an important member of the team and the dentists and nurses rely on you to help us provide excellent care to our patients.

This role is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday a month.

Receptionist role and responsibilities;
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice in line with the practice vision and ethos
- Meeting and greeting patients and providing a great first impression and customer service
- Ensure a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues
- Booking and amending appointments and updating patient records
- Providing information to patients about our dental services and offers
- Responding to patients' queries over the phone and email in a warm and professional manner
- Handling patient referrals to hospitals and other medical professionals
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
Job Types: (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: Up to £11.00 - 14.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Receptionist/Front of House: 1 year (preferred)
Healthcare: Preferred but not essential
