Job description
We are currently recruiting office based Customer Service Advisors to start on 07/08/2023, on a FTC until 01/09/2023.
You will need to be able to work from our office in Southend-On-Sea.
What will I do in the role?
This role involves a large amount of data entry and administrative tasks.
You will be collecting information from customers mainly via email, post and also via phone.
What do I need?
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- Experience of working with data entry or administrative tasks
- Experience communicating with customers
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn

What will I be paid?
Pay rate: £10.90 per hour
Working Hours
- From 7th of August until 9th of September
- Full time - 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week
- Rotational weeks of: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm and 10am-7pm
- Working every other weekend
