ABOUT THE ROLE…

We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!

You will be the first face that our guests, team, and suppliers see, you will be responsible for making that first impression. Reporting into the Head Receptionist you will support the department to coordinate guest checks ins aswell and managing incoming calls and enquiries.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

Meet and Greet our guests on arrival

Managing internal and external communication from guests regularly through different communication channels

Ensuring that all external contractors are signed in and aware of our Fire Safety procedures

Take payments for bookings, managing deposits and banking during your shift

Update guest information into our system as and when required

This list is not exhaustive and other adhoc tasks may be required, and will be discussed with you in advance

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)

Excellent communication skills (Essential)

Ability to work under your own initiative (Essential)

Previous Administrative Experience (Desirable)

Experience with ResDiary, Procure Wizard or Hotel Executive (Desirable)
