We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a positive attitude. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the customer service industry.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception area.
- Provide administrative support to other departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and out of the reception area.
- Answer general inquiries from customers and provide accurate information.
- Responsible for ad-hoc sourcing and booking cost effective and efficient travel and accommodation arrangements within company guidelines where necessary
- General administration such as photocopying, scanning, printing, binding and filing
About you:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
