The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a front office superstar to join this hotel, creating memorable experiences, and maintaining high levels of service at all times.
You will be a positive and engaging professional with a passion for making guests smile and will receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling all customer check-ins’ or inquiries.
As the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are always presentable engaging in positive communication with the team and department, always acting as a professional and delivering consistently exceptional service to all guests.

Ideal Candidate
- You will be a passionate and engaging individual.
- Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Strong organization and planning skills and the ability to prioritize appropriately.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
- Experienced in hospitality software such as Opera, Brilliant etc would be desirable but full training will be given.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised.

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
