Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple properties
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of property information, tenant details, and maintenance history
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns professionally
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities to tenants
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality work and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain an organized office environment, including filing documents and managing paperwork
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Customer relationship management skills to build rapport with tenants and address their needs effectively
- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
