Job description
We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our small private Podiatry Clinic team.
As Receptionist, you will be greeting Patients in the clinic, and dealing with inquiries over the phone and via email. You will advise Patients on treatments and services, take bookings and payments, and always provide an excellent standard of customer service.
What You’ll Do
· Make appointment via phone and email.
· Process payments/banking
· Answer calls, contact clients via telephone/text/email.
· Take over the Patients journey from the Podiatrist and complete payments and appointment rebooking’s.
· Promoting the Surgery on social media and other outlets.

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
