We are currently recruiting for a proactive and hard-working Receptionist - Incentive FM to join our passionate and driven security team based.

Key Responsibilities:
- Incentive FM are recruiting for a Part-time Receptionist to work as part of a team, working in Emperor House, Exeter. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous Reception experience.
- To carry out general Reception duties including meeting & greeting, answering the phone, signing in visitors & contractors, administrative duties and any other duties requested by management. To work to the high standards our client expects from us.
- Maintaining a high standard of service to the client (LV=) and its facilities. Performing all tasks in accordance with training and instructions received or tasks given. Deliver a consistent level of service, within the company’s standards, to the contract specification. Comply with company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health and safety and fire.
- Must be willing to go on First Aid & Fire warden training.
- Must be willing to cover A/L, sick and additional shifts.
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Previous experience within a customer-facing front-of-house role.
- Must have an understanding of health & safety working practices & the need to provide Clients with a safe working environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in working and building relationships with clients.
- Articulate and has the ability to communicate effectively with the client, visitors and the IFM teams.
- Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role.
- Excellent time management organisation and focus on the ability to prioritise and multitask with a clear ability to focus on detail.
- Ability to remain calm even when dealing with highly irate individuals.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate a passion for the IFM brand.
