The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill the important role of Receptionist for our busy London office.
Working from our front of house reception desk you will be the enthusiastic and passionate face of Argentex which greets all our guests. Your responsibilities will include managing and booking our meeting rooms, switchboard management and fielding general business enquiries and managing the office post and deliveries.
You will also ensure sales literature and stationery supplies are stocked as well as our kitchen and private company clubhouse.
Front of House/Reception
- Meet and greet all visitors and guests providing drinks where necessary
- Meeting room bookings and management
- Switchboard management and gatekeeping
- Ensuring sales literature stocked
- Post and deliveries
- Ensuring stationary, kitchens and bar area are all fully stocked
- Assist with facilities management
- Assist with event management
- Assist with project work when required
- Adhoc admin support for departments when required
Sales team support
- Call times and call pulling for the sales team
- Lead Changes
Skills and Attributes Required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, strong organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ambitious and driven
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Flawless communication and presentation skills written and verbal
- Work well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
