Anstey Bond LLP is a boutique accounting firm looking for a receptionist to join our growing business based in Farringdon, London. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver/student looking to start an office career in London.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
· General office duties – including filing, post, ordering couriers, taking deliveries
· Reception duties – including answering phones, greeting clients, organising meeting rooms
· Digitalising Files – including scanning and controlling paper files
· Other ad hoc duties
Skills, experience and attributes required:
· Experience within an office or customer service based role is desirable but not necessary
· Professionalism in dealing with clients
· Computer literacy, including ability to work on Microsoft Office products
· Proactive, friendly, enthusiastic, ability prioritise and work part of a team
· Ability to multi task
· Good written and verbal communication
· Respect for privacy and confidentiality .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
