An opportunity has arisen with Ambrose Avenue Group Practice for Part-time Receptionist/s In this essential front-line position, the role is responsible for ensuring that appointment bookings are well-managed, a safe high-quality service is delivered to our patients and patient queries are answered.
The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner, be a team player, have the ability to work under pressure and problem solve and be flexible to be able to work extra hours to support colleague’s sickness and holiday absence. Previous experience of working in primary care and knowledge of SystmOne would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
