Lead Receptionist-Assisted Living
Located near Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities of the Lead Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors daily upon their arrival
- Help coordinate services for residents
- Answer phone lines and assist with resident questions
Qualifications of the Lead Receptionist:
- Must have prior Lead Receptionist experience
- Must have experience in long term care
- Must be tech savvy
- Must be a people-person, strong leadership qualities, and persuasive, and willing to problem-solve and proactively coordinate staffing for the facility in order to minimize over-time and make sure there is adequate coverage for all shifts; strong-minded
