Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Check-in patients and verify their information
- Collect payments and process insurance claims
- Transcribe medical or dental notes as needed
- File and maintain patient records and other documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide general administrative support such as proofreading documents and managing emails
- Utilize Google Suite for various tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software programs, including Google Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing notes or managing files

- Weekend availability

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental Nursing: 2 years (required)
- Dental Practice Reception: 2 years (required)
