This position is for five 6 hour shifts a week.

Assist in the smooth running of reception during your shift.
Deal with all telephone, email and on-line enquiries.
Handle all guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure all procedures and check lists are carried out in accordance with our Company policies.
Cash handling.
Take appointments/enquiries for the Bistro & Spa.
Must offer excellent customer service.
Must be professional, calm, efficient, reliable, fully flexible, be able to work mornings, evenings and weekends and be very well organised.
