Receptionist
Lewsey Park Pool
Part time - 23.5 hours per week
£21,026 per annum, pro rata
Includes evenings and weekends
Active Luton is looking for a part time receptionist to join the friendly team at Lewsey Park Pool.
Our reception teams are busy and you'll need to have a calm manner and a big smile ready at all times.
We are seeking to appoint committed and motivated individuals who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be working in a thriving and demanding environment taking and receiving bookings, signing up new members and answering enquiries face to face and over the telephone. In this role you will operate cash registers, computerised and manual bookings and be required to balance and record cash receipts.
The successful application will be focused with proven experience working in a busy customer-facing environment and have the ability to manage periods of heavy and conflicting workload demands. You will need to be computer literate as this role at times is very IT driven.
