We are looking for a Receptionist for a front facing role for a company based in Swindon.
Exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming and helpful attitude is key to this role. The role is varied with a real focus on Clients – so if you enjoy meeting and interacting with people in a professional environment – this could be the role for you!
About the Receptionist Role:
- The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30pm (40 hours per week)
- The salary is £22,000 -£26,000 per annum and is dependent on experience.
- Permanent position, to start April 2023
- Based in Swindon Town Centre (easily accessible by public transport)
Key Responsibilities for the Receptionist Role:
- Courteously greet and interact with visitors
- Help to deliver an excellent client experience, making professionalism and customer care your priority
- Handle incoming calls via a switchboard
- Complete daily admin tasks as required
- Diary management and planning
- Handle and store documents safely maintaining information security at all times
Key Skills for the Receptionist Role:
- Computer literate with good knowledge of all MS packages
- Customer focused, with experience in a customer service environment
- Well presented with a professional manner
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral
- Hands on team worker
- High level of attention to detail
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
