Looking for a change of scenery and routine. Whatever your front of house or reception background, if you're looking for a role where you'll be truly valued, The Fremantle Trust could have just the job for you.
About the role
We want you to help us by providing an important front of house role. As well as meeting and greeting visitors and residents and answering telephone calls, we'll also rely on you to provide vital administrative and secretarial support to the team. Keeping the reception area looking clean and tidy will be important too. And, when necessary, you'll even act as a tour guide as you show people around the home.
About you
As well as experience of front of house/reception work, we'll be looking for strong admin and office IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and a high level of numeracy and literacy. Someone who's comfortable chatting with anyone and everyone, you will have a smart appearance and are always ready with a smile. What's more, you love representing our service and organisation with your flexible approach to work.

Established since 1992, we're a charity and not-for-profit organisation that provides care and support for older people and adults with learning disabilities. Today, we have 1500 staff supporting over 1,100 residents at services across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes.
