Effectively administer front of house functions by providing a warm welcome to centre users and visitors.

Provide information and assistance about 1st Place services and signpost to other organisations. To ensure all telephone calls are answered courteously and effectively,

Support and resolve enquiries and take/process messages where appropriate.

Effectively and accurately implement and assist in delivering communication and marketing activities

Job Type: Full-time
