Job Summary
We are looking for a hard-working Contact Centre Agent (Virtual Receptionist) to answer calls for our Business Telephone service customers, and forward these calls or take accurate messages for the purposes of forwarding. This role would suit someone with experience of working on a busy telephone switchboard or in a virtual receptionist role, and who wants to maintain a stable career in such a role.
Responsibilities
- Answering up to 200 calls per day on switchboard in less than 5 rings, being able to put 1-3 calls on hold if necessary.
- Relaying accurate messages and using initiative to respond to any queries.
- Working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Required Experience
- Previous switchboard / virtual receptionist experience (at least 3years)
- Good IT skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)

Working hours:* 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis*
