Receptionist - Temporary Contract to start ASAP!
Hours of Work: 9.30am - 12.30pm - Mon - Thurs (12 hours)
Location: Moseley, Birmingham
Salary: £10.50ph
CORE OBJECTIVES OF POST
To provide administrative, secretarial and reception services that support the smooth running of the Centre. Contribute to the wider work of the client carrying out specific tasks as agreed from time to time.
. Front of house, meeting & greeting
. Dealing with incoming telephone calls, handling/diverting/taking messages as appropriate
. Make outgoing calls on behalf of management as required.
. Control access to building, checking identities, welcoming visitors & logging contract work. In the absence of all managers accept overall responsibility for the site.
. Ensure that post is delivered/collected regularly and deal with any problems as necessary.
. Uphold all Terms and Conditions of the post including covering in emergency situations as required and upholding all other policies such as Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, etc
