We love our clients, patients and pride ourselves on the close relationship we have built. This role is all about helping us to better serve our clients by providing a warm, welcoming, and dedicated reception service with the ability to undertake efficient, timely and accurate general administration in response to our clients' needs.
In this roles you will be responsible for answering phones, booking in appointments, taking payments, liaising with the charities we support, sending out vaccination reminders, processing insurance forms, and other general administrative duties.
This role may suit an individual already within the veterinary or medical industry looking to work 8:30am - 2:00pm to fit within the school day, or someone who is seeking a new career path.

Salary will be dependent on experience and the hours are 8:30am - 2:00pm with alternate Saturday mornings. 9am - 12pm. Flexibility to work occasionally to cover staff holidays would be appreciated.
