Full-time: up to £47k per annum (including car allowance) plus bonus

Home based with regular travel.

Due to our exciting growth agenda, we are looking for an experienced multi- site manager to join our team as an Area Manager in Devon and Dorset.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence, successfully support new openings in the Devon and Dorset area and share their passion for our people first culture.

You need to have successfully managed multiple sites for a branded fresh food & drink business, driven performance through your team and truly believe in our vision, purpose and values.

Your Area Will Cover:

Totnes, Dartmouth, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, West Bay, Dorchester, Bideford and Bude plus the scope for new bakeries. It would be preferable for you to be based in the Devon or Dorset area.
