Newport Electrical Contractors Ltd - We specialise in all things electric. We can install new light fittings, CCTV and alarms. We also offer complete electrical rewires and general electric services to all domestic and commercial customers throughout Newport.
We are a vibrant team looking for an account manager to join! We are looking for someone with great communication skills and ready to liaise with our clients by providing excellent customer service. No experience is needed except your dedication and commitment to understand and cater to our customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Organising meetings with customers, and our electricians
- Document control for all documents produced to maintain compliance
- Developing and maintaining effective filing
- Preparing agendas, minutes and action plans as required.
- Sending reports to the director
- Sending authorized invoices for payment
- Manage all follow ups
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage travel arrangements for members of staff.

- Able to process data with attention to detail
- Experience in any customer facing role (if none training will be provided)
- Expert user of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00 per year
