Mathiesons is a well-established bakery, manufacturing chilled desserts and ambient products for the country’s leading retailers. We make high quality, well known Scottish products and supermarket national own label chilled cakes and are looking to expand our team.
Our company is developing to current business needs and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team based in Larbert, Falkirk. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and hardworking team with a company that provides long-term job security.
The role includes but is not exclusive to:
- Initial point of contact, greeting visitors and dealing with enquiries
- Proving administrative support
- Maintaining employee paper and digital records, ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Maintaining time and attendance system
- Assisting in the recruitment process of new staff
- Creating all related posters, ensuring communication is displayed on the relevant notice boards
- Assisting in other day-to-dat activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
