An exciting opportunity is waiting for a receptionist/administrator for paediatric pau/day-care in Northwick Park Hospital.
Working alongside the acute ward
- To work as part of the Hospital multi-disciplinary team, providing an efficient administrative and reception service relating to the ward.
- To book patients’ follow-up appointments
- To act as first point of contact for Rainbow unit for the public and members of the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all patients, visitors and staff are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner at the reception and via telephone.
- To support the service management team, to facilitate workload
- To act professionally and courteously at all times.
- Comply with all Trust policies including Data Quality and the Access Policy.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff team members and to attend all Mandatory training.
