An opportunity has arisen for a customer focused and well-organised individual to join the team at Beaumanor Hall.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role includes meeting and greeting, directing and assisting customers at main reception and covering telephone enquiries and call handling. Taking direct ownership and responsibility for resolving customer queries at the first point of contact.

The role is challenging and rewarding, we need someone that can work at pace, make sound decisions and work as part of a team.

You’ll have experience of working in a customer service environment, be able to build rapport, accurately record information and an ability to problem solve, with a genuine desire to help customers.

Great verbal and written communication skills are essential as is a positive, flexible and resilient mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues throughout our organisation

To support fire and emergency evacuation procedures/processes at Beaumanor Hall in liaison with the premises team.
To be flexible and innovative in taking on additional tasks, appropriate to the grade.

About You

To apply for this post, you must have:

  • NVQ level 2 in Customer Service or relevant experience in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent reception and customer care experience.
  • Clerical experience in a range of tasks to include word processing, filing, photocopying, taking and relaying messages, data input, maintaining records and exam delivery.
  • Experience in a range of software packages and data handling.
  • The ability to converse at ease with customers, networking with departments and partnership working.
  • the ability To show an understanding and flexible attitude to work,
