Job description
We are looking for a receptionist who has a passion for customer service, is confident, able to communicate well, and interested in front-of-house and becoming part of the Reflections team.
You will also have the opportunity to study towards a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship with Next Level. They will support you with regular skills and knowledge workshops, 1-2-1 tutoring and regular employment reviews and feedback.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Excellent and professional telephone manner
- Use of phone system
- Meeting and greeting all learners, clients and visitors to the Academy
- The booking and allocation of client appointments for all learners and maintaining the ‘Model Database’
- Recording, reporting and tracking learner attendance, producing statistics where required
- Maintenance of our learner database
- Cashing up
- The monitoring and ordering of stationary as and when required
- Some social media and marketing
The following skills and experience are required:
· Presentable with excellent customer service and communication skills
· Ability to prioritise a varied workload, adhering to all deadlines
· Developed PC skills with a basic understanding of Word and Excel
· Ability to be Private and Confidential
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Salary: £4.81 per hour
